INDEMNITY
Being a user of this website You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Design Pros AU and the directors, officers, managers, employees and representatives of each of them, for any type of loss, damages or costs, including reasonable lawyers’ fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand related to your name or the use thereof.

You will not be holding Design Pros AU for payments (if any) for those softwares. You will be purchasing any third party APIs/Plugins and give access to Design Pros AU for integration.
For Design Pros AU, if a user shares one’s website in regard of project proposal or works activity, all the elements on your website is considered a publication of yours and Design Pros AU is not considered to be held responsible for anything you present on the web through your domain at all.
All of your logos, Names, Graphics, Design Theme, Brand Names, Trademarks, the Content, Words, Pictures, Images, Ideas, Visuals and Illustrations are all your assets and Design Pros AU will not claim the ownership in any way.
REFAUL
Design Pros AU shall be the sole arbitrator of what is and is not a violation of these acceptable use terms and conditions. Design Pros AU reserves complete rights to update or revise this statement anytime. Design Pros AU reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion as well.
In cases that any provision of this Agreement of use of website terms and conditions is deemed invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the remainder of this Agreement on terms and conditions by any means. Design Pros AU have complete rights and autonomy that it may amend or replace such invalid provision with one that is completely valid and which achieves, to the extent possible, the original objectives and intent of Design Pros AU as reflected in the respective original provision.
Design Pros AU reserves absolute right to change the use of website terms and conditions without any prior notice or warning. By supplying logos, names, graphics, design theme, brand names, trademarks, content, words, pictures, images, ideas, visuals, illustrations, and other data to Design Pros AU for inclusion in the customer’s website or other medium, the customer hereby fully declares that such material holds the appropriate copyright and/or trademark permissions. The ownership of such materials will remain with the customer.
Any creative work or artwork, images, or content supplied and/or designed by Design Pros AU on behalf of the customer, will remain the property of the customer.
The users agree to fully indemnify and hold Design Pros AU free from all types of harm in any and all claims resulting from the customer in first not having obtained all the required copyright, and/or any other necessary permissions or grants.
CANCELLATION
After design approval from the client,the signed contracts cannot be terminated since the client has given their consent on the digital assets.
In case of project cancellation after the project commencement from the client before design approval. A total of 30% of the total project budget will be deducted and the remaining shall be refunded to the client after due process.
Customer will pay Design Pros AU the Recurring Monthly Fees (if applicable) as specified in the contract signed OR order placed with Design Pros AU. The customer shall provide a minimum 30 days or greater written notice prior to the end of the Term of such services, Design Pros AU may charge any fees payable under this Agreement.
